Executive Team Assistant working in Philanthropy

Working in a truly collaborative culture, this role will include EA support to Senior Executives and the wider team, project support, operations and board support, communications and will work closely with stakeholders internally and externally. An extremely varied role that will require first class multitasking abilities teamed with a flexible and 'can do' attitude. A natural flair for relationship building will be hugely beneficial and you should be a confident communicator at all levels.

Previous experience as an EA supporting a team of varied personalities in a fast paced environment is essential and exposure to a small company / start up environment is preferred. We are looking for a self starter who enjoys taking on responsibility and can upwardly manage when needed to, and thrives being the 'go to' person for their team.
