Regional Sales Manager – South UK – £45,000-£53,000 + Bonus

Regional Sales Manager required to join an international sensor expert for the field of automation technology. As Regional Sales Manager, you\’ll be the face of the company within your territory, responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business, and supporting automation partners and OEMs with high-quality sensor and safety solutions.

This role will cover the South of the UK up to Oxfordshire and requires someone who has experience working with sensors, safety switches, industrial image processing or machine safety.

The Package:

Salary – £45,000-£53,000 (DOE)

Bonus scheme (Circa £10,000)

The Role:

• Drive revenue growth across the region.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation, intralogistics, packaging, and machine building sectors.
• Provide technical product support and application advice to customers.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the business at trade shows, customer demos, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B technical sales, ideally within industrial automation, sensors, safety products, and machine vision or similar.
• A background in electrical engineering, automation, or similar technical field is preferred
• Full UK driving licence
