We\’re representing a nationally recognised provider of Fire & Security solutions, currently looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to support key commercial sites in the local region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and reputable business offering a market-leading package, structured training, and long-term career progression.
As a Fire and Security Service Engineer your package could look like:
- Basic £32,000 – £38,000
- OTE £50,000 – £55,000
- Company vehicle, including personal use.
- Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
- Bonus schemes

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer your main responsibilities will be:
- Service and maintain Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems
- Carry out reactive callouts and fault diagnostics
- Plan and respond to daily service visits in your designated region
- Ensure all work meets current industry and customer compliance standards
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate reporting via the company CRM or portal
- Maintain van stock levels and liaise with the logistics team when needed
- Attend team meetings and relevant training sessions
- Identify personal development needs and seek opportunities for growth
As a Fire and Security Service Engineer your knowledge and experience will be:
- Background in electrical/electronic engineering or similar
- Experience with fire and/or security systems servicing
- Strong technical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working in customer-facing roles preferred
- Flexibility to participate in a call-out rota
