Your new role

As an Invoicing Administrator, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the finance and operations teams by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and related documentation. You\’ll be the go-to person for invoice queries and will help maintain smooth financial operations.

  • Review and process incoming invoices with accuracy
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve invoice-related queries
  • Maintain organised records and filing systems
  • Support general administrative tasks across finance, service, and operations
  • Assist with payment processing, purchase orders, and reconciliations
  • Contribute to basic financial reporting

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in invoicing or financial admin (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
