Are you an experienced Engineering Leader looking for your next challenge in fast-paced food manufacturing?
We\’re working with a well-established and highly reputable FMCG business in the Lincolnshire area, who are looking to appoint a site-based Engineering Manager to lead their engineering function and drive improvements across a modern, high-volume operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll be responsible for developing the engineering strategy, embedding best-in-class maintenance practices (PPM, TPM), managing budgets, and inspiring a skilled team of engineers to deliver results.
The Role:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team
  • Oversee proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime
  • Deliver continuous improvement through lean/TPM methodologies
  • Work cross-functionally with production to align on operational priorities
  • Manage departmental budgets, contractors, and KPI reporting
  • Influence and engage at senior stakeholder level
