  • Leading, coach and inspire the automation and maintenance team on site.
  • Assess, train and develop the existing team.
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvement across the site and department.
  • Identify the latest automation on the market to improve the site and processes.
  • Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.
  • Monitor and Drive team performance through KPI’s
