(Junior) Solutions Consultant

As a (Junior) Solutions Consultant for Zoho Products, your primary responsibility is to support the Account Management team by providing comprehensive technical expertise.

While the presales team in the UK focuses on the customer experience platform, SE independently handle other Zoho products. This role extends to post-sale support, ensuring existing customers adeptly adopt Zoho products.

This multifaceted role is instrumental in driving adoption and supporting Account Managers in building stronger relationships with their accounts.

The (Junior) Solutions Consultant will work closely with existing customers, equipping Account Managers with the tools to excel in retention, upselling, and cross-selling within their accounts., * Solution Design: Create Solution diagrams and POCs to showcase the functionality and capabilities of Zoho Products by collaborating with the presales team for the customer experience platform and independently for other products.

• Solution Assessment: Check the feasibility of new use cases for Zoho Products and provide solutions to address any technical challenges or constraints.

• Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed and comprehensive product demonstrations for existing customers for cross-sell, upsell, and retention.

• Documentation: Draft comprehensive RFIs,RFPs and post workshop SAR(Service assessment Report) based on customer needs.

• Training: Conduct training sessions/workshops for customers on the features and functionalities of Zoho Products to drive adoption and ROI.

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and implementation issues related to Zoho products.

• Integration Support: Integrate Zoho products with other Zoho Products or third-party applications for customers.

• Collaborate: Collaborate with product teams and other teams to find solutions and address customer needs effectively

• Knowledge Base: Actively contribute to the team’s Knowledge Base by sharing insights, best practices, and technical documentation. Help build a comprehensive repository of resources for internal and external use., It is important for the applicant to hold a national or EU passport, have a valid work authorisation and be within commutable distance.

• 1+ years experience writing or debugging any of these languages such as JavaScript, Java, C, Python, etc. and HTML & CSS.

• Recent graduates and candidates with 1+ years experience in a similar role would be preferred

• Strong understanding of SaaS Products and the industry.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.

• Open to domestic travel for customer meetings.

• This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience across Zoho Products., The successful candidate will be subjected to background verification in compliance with the national legislation and market standards.

• This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week
