We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team and looking for individuals to join us as permanent Warehouse Operatives at our Big Blue location in Swindon.
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our customers’ laundry needs are met to the highest standards. You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, helping to run our state-of-the-art laundry facility and ensuring that all laundry is processed and packed efficiently and effectively. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the commercial laundry industry.

Sorting and loading laundry, removing stains on fabrics as needed.

Inspecting the quality of laundered garments, including checking for cleanliness, stains, and damages.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area and 5S standards.

Working alongside our Shift Managers, Supervisors and Delivery Drivers, and performing other duties assigned by management.

Recording data consistently and thoroughly in your work.

Following safety protocols and adhering to company policies and procedures as required.

Key Relationships:

Operations Manager & Shift Manager – You will report to the Shift Manager on shift. They will be your first port of call for most things, from how we process certain items to how we dose our machines and track a customer’s order.

Delivery Drivers – You may liaise with our logistics team about customer orders and deliveries., * Teamwork: Oxwash thrives on collaboration and the exchange of ideas. Our team members work closely together, constantly liaising about orders, sharing ideas, building meaningful relationships and pushing each other to achieve more., Paid trial shift and interview with one of our Shift Managers or our Operations Manager in Swindon (2-3 hours)

A salary of £12.00 per hour / £25,185 per year
