Logistics Coordinator £28K – £32K + additional benefits South Yorkshire We are currently seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to join this leading manufacturing business. You will work alongside the Purchasing and Aftersales function to achieve an effective distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience of international shipping and transportation. Accountability and Responsibility: Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements Prepare Intrastat Reports to package labels and supporting transport documents (CMR, Bills of Lading, AWD) IT literate with a working knowledge of logistics software Dispatch shipping goods to customers on time and in full, keeping abreast of sales orders, shipping times, customer specific packaging requirements, ensuring the goods arrive at the customers destination in good condition Invoicing goods out Knowledge of import / export supporting documents Knowledge obtaining Letter of Credit Prepare presentation to banks Liaising with logistic companies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines Qualifications/experience You will possess a positive attitude with a positive work ethic and a \’can do / will do\’ viewpoint A logical thinker, tidy worker with good organisational skills.
