- Shifts: Full time – 40hrs per week – hours worked between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00
- Training Duration: 2 weeks training onsite

At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goalsÂ
 Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needsÂ

Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experienceÂ
Â
Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified to ensure good customer outcomes.Â

What you\’ll doÂ
In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services. You’ll hone your organisational skills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.Â
Your duties will include:Â
- Supporting the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possibleÂ
- Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the businessÂ
- Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restoredÂ
- Ensuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.Â
