Your Experience:

  • Deep understanding of video production workflows and digital platforms (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Frame.io)
  • Knowledge of 4K, NDI, cloud storage, network infrastructure and switch config
  • Experience with studio, live, and social content — from ingestion to final output
  • Background in advising or implementing tech in content or broadcast teams
  • Fluent in Business English

You Are:

  • A system thinker who knows the value of simplicity and scalability
  • Hands-on, curious, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves
  • A strong communicator who can bridge technical and creative teams
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders even without direct line authority
  • Passionate about great content and even better systems

Why Join Us:
