Quantity Surveyor – Kettering SSA are currently working with a leading mechanical and electrical engineering contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering complex projects across Europe. They specialise in pharmaceutical facilities, data centres, food processing plants, and commercial builds, with a reputation for innovation, quality, and reliability. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Kettering team on a high‑profile pharma/data centre project. Key Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned projects. * Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations. * Conduct valuations, progress claims, and final accounts. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial alignment.
