Job Description

Role Overview

We have an opportunity for an Project Manager to join the Northern Development Project Management team to work on exciting new build developments in the industrial and logistics, student and residential sectors which are at a variety of different stages. This is a great opportunity to lead and grow the pipeline of new build projects.

The role will be involved in activity at all stages of the project lifecycle, working closely with the Project Director and Northern region Development PM to lead on a diverse new build pipeline of projects.

Team Overview

The Northern Building Consultancy & Project Management team is a fast-paced and friendly team of 33, consisting of 12 Directors, 4 Associate Directors, 4 Associates, 2 Senior Building Surveyors / Project Managers, 5 Graduates, 1 Apprentice and a 4 Team Secretaries split between our Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle office locations.
