As a Quality Engineer , you\’ll be at the forefront of solution finding. You\’ll work cross-functionally with design, production, and supply chain to make sure products exceed expectations in even the harshest environments.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate across the business to identify and embed smarter ways of working.

  • Take the lead on global product regulatory compliance – CE, UKCA, RoHS, and beyond.

  • Manage investigations into customer returns and supplier non-conformance.

  • Own the Workshop and Test Facilities – from 5S to testing schedules.

  • Design and execute product test plans to verify performance and durability.

  • Contribute to product risk assessments (e.g. FMEA) and mitigate issues before they arise.

What You\’ll Bring

  • HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience in a quality-focused role within industry.

  • Working knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.

  • Internal auditing experience and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with 5S/6S, RCCA, and project management methodologies.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data.

  • Experience with global compliance (CE, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65) a big plus.

  • PPAP knowledge is a bonus.
