Litigation Executive – Clinical & Medical Negligence Up to £70,000 DOE Monday – Friday Liverpool – Hybrid Working Job Description: Are you an experienced Clinical & Medical Negligence Litigator? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Our client is a specialist law firm with over 30 years’ experience within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. They are currently looking for Litigation Executives to join their Clinical & Medical Negligence team. If you are passionate and possess strong experience in handling Clinical & Medical Negligence cases at all stages, then this could be the role for you! You’ll be joining a team who really care and are dedicated to dealing with the highest severity of injuries. Responsibilities: * Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception to trial. * Communicating with clients, solicitors, experts, third parties and any other party. * Ability to work to deadlines, timescales and achieve KPI’s. * Working within a team and individually. * Drafting documents for court. * Collecting and collating medical records. * Dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue proceedings. About You: * Experience handling Clinical Negligence cases at all stages, including trial. * Ideally, you’ll be a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced litigator. * Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships. * Proven legal and forensic skills. * Good research skills. * Attention to detail. * Keen analytical skills. * Strong client care skills.
