Job Description
We are currently looking for a Paralegal to join a busy and supportive Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in Private Client law, with the support of an experienced legal team.
The role would suit a law graduate, someone who has completed the LPC/CILEX, or an individual considering the SQE route. However, formal legal qualifications are not essential if you have relevant experience and a clear interest in this area of law.
Some prior exposure to Wills, Probate or general estate administration would be beneficial.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Supporting estate administration processes
- Managing documents and files with high attention to detail
- Working proactively to assist fee earners with day-to-day tasks
- Handling a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
