Job Description
Head of Technical Risk and Delivery Assurance London / WFH to £120k
Do you have a strong knowledge of technology and compliance combined with leadership and people management skills?
You could be progressing your career in senior, management level role at one of the country's leading PropTech sites that have revolutionised the way we find property for rent and sale with millions of users per day.
As Head of Technical Risk and Delivery Assurance, reporting to the CIO, you will set up a new function to bridge the gap between software development, legal and GRC compliance teams, ensuring smooth delivery of new products that meet industry guidelines. You'll collaborate as part of the senior management team to influence cultural change, bringing the teams together to work effectively and ensure compliance is considered throughout the development process.
Location / WFH:
You'll join colleagues in the Central London office for two days a week with flexibility to work from home the other three days.
About you:
- You're tech savvy with a good knowledge of modern software engineering best practices, cloud based systems and microservices
- You have a strong knowledge of GRC compliance
- You're collaborative and pragmatic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence others to impact cultural change
- You have experience in fast paced, technology driven environments
- You can foster a diverse, open culture and develop others
- You are likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or similar discipline (not essential if you have the right experience)
