A very successful and growing executive mentoring group with a global presence is looking for an Operations Executive to join their Operations team.
They are a hardworking team of people within a supportive and inspiring environmnent and there is huge scope for progression.
This is a varied role working across different areas of the business:
1. Operations & Administration
- Provide daily operational support to the Operations team including the COO, Operations Director and Operations Executive
- Prepare materials for meetings (research briefs, reports, presentations, board packs).
- Track and maintain documentation for operational processes.
- Manage company subscriptions and ensure efficiency and value for money.
2. Event Planning & Logistics
- Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including logistics, supplier engagement, and communications.
- Coordinate logistics for the Annual Meetings (hotel, travel, dietary needs, app updates).
- Work closely with the Operations Executive across all events to support on logistics management, communication to attendees, preparation of powerpoints for Team engagements
- Internal meetings; support in the preparation of Partner and team meetings, including preparing documents, agendas, taking minutes and monitoring follow ups from meetings
3. Human Resources / People Management
- Manage and maintain the HR portal; ensure timely updates of policies and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding: set up emails, arrange IT, complete onboarding forms, help arrange induction process
- Support bi-annual performance review cycles ensuring meetings are scheduled
- Work with external providers on employee benefits.
