Job Description
- Promote Sure Start and early years services across the locality through community engagement and multi-agency collaboration.
- Deliver tailored interventions to families requiring support at a universal or targeted level (level 2).
- Carry out evidence-based assessments and track progress to demonstrate positive outcomes.
- Facilitate and deliver high-quality group and one-to-one sessions with families.
- Ensure safeguarding is at the heart of all work, in line with Manchester Children’s Safeguarding Board procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in working with families with young children, particularly in disadvantaged communities.
- Skilled in assessment, case recording, and outcome tracking.
- Able to communicate effectively and empathetically with families, professionals, and community stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and IT skills.
