The role involves both internal and external touch-up work, ensuring homes are ready for new tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out painting and decorating to a high standard
- Complete snagging and remedial work on walls, woodwork, and exteriors
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- NVQ Level 2 in painting/ decorating
- Own tools preferred
- Full UK driving licence (for van use)
- CSCS card desirable but not essential
