Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics Manager to join our team in Cobham. This is a varied, hands-on role that requires someone with excellent organisational and communication skills to oversee logistics operations, build strong relationships, and support the smooth running of business activities. You will work closely with internal teams and play a key role in ensuring efficiency across logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with clients and partners to promote company services
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update social media platforms, including generating and following up on LinkedIn leads
- Compile manual reports and maintain accurate records of activity
- Coordinate daily driver schedules and logistics requirements
- Liaise closely with Project Managers and the Managing Director to ensure alignment with operational goals
- Input, track and maintain buyer and client data within internal systems
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring materials are correctly labelled and recorded
- Oversee operations at the London storage facility, ensuring it is organised and fully logged
Skills and Attributes:
