To support the provision of health and social care to young people experiencing mental ill health in various settings within a multi-disciplinary primary care service, and to support the delivery of evidence-based mental health care to clients in resource centres and community premises.

The post holder may need to work without direct supervision at times and will assist with organizing and facilitating medication monitoring clinics and therapeutic groups.

This role is part of a multidisciplinary team including a Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychology, Family Therapy, CAMHS specialist nurses, and administrative support.

The post involves working within the Assessment Treatment Team, liaising with other agencies, providing consultation, and delivering training. The post-holder must manage their time effectively, plan complex activities, and understand consent issues to make clinical judgments.
