Role: Inspection Clerk

Duration: 6-month contract

Rate: £15.15 p/d

Location: Gloucester

Hybrid/Remote: On site 5 days p/w (Monday – Friday)

Job Description:

To work in the Inspection department reporting to the Inspection Leader. As an Inspection Clerk your role will include processing "Skiplot" deliveries through our quality system. You will be an integral part of the QMS promoting the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will encompass activities associated with the Inspection function in an aerospace environment. The key aspects of the role are as follows:

  • Support the Inspection Leader achieve business goals.
  • Promote company ethos.
  • Processing "Skiplot" deliveries through our quality system.
  • Transacting parts through our ERP system.
  • Organising priorities for the Inspection Team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Demonstrate personal drive and motivation to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Neat handwriting.
  • Be able to work quickly and accurately.
  • Encourage an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Experience with TipQA and Syteline applications.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate role flexibility and work within a team environment.
  • Should be able to work under their own initiative whilst still supporting the team structure.
