Overview
Montcalm Brewery is seeking a skilled and ambitious Shift Engineer to join our team. Help shape the future of the Montcalm Collection and showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and enjoy opportunities to work across properties, maintaining high standards of service and product delivery with a focus on customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure excellent customer care.
- Following all statutory and legal regulatory requirements during repairs.
- Responding promptly to all enquiries.
- Following planned preventative maintenance programmes.
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.
- Performing routine inspections and maintenance of property assets, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring optimal operation.
- Recording utility meter readings and monitoring daily usage to support accurate utility cost recording.
