We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team in North Ceredigion Schools or Care Homes as required. You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to-day basis according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.

The role includes:

  • general kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surroundings
  • maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times
  • ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards

We are looking to recruit an individual with:

  • experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment
