The Senior Business Analyst

Working with the Business areas within their domain to identify & define opportunities for improvement and deliver change successfully.\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing as a Senior Business Analyst\\n\\nBuild strong relationships and communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders\\nAn inclusive leadership style with the ability to coach and mentor others and develop their performance.\\nCustomer centred outlook, working closely with business areas and Business Analysts on the opportunities, guiding and positively challenging preconceptions and driving collaboration across teams to optimise opportunities within their domain.\\nHelp teams to manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP), and scope.\\nWork with the Lead Business Analyst to evolve and grow the capability and remit of the Business Analysis Community, demonstrating passion for continuous improvement and service excellence.\\nActs as the escalation point for Business Analysts in projects and other project stakeholders for all Business Analysis activities and deliverables, facilitating discussions to agree on a common understanding for resolution and remedial action planning.\\nBase location – Hybrid – Clear Water Court, Reading\\n\\nWorking pattern – 36 hours\\n\\nWhat you should bring to the role\\n\\nEssential\\n\\nExtensive experience working in a Digital Business Analysis project environment.\\nExperience in coaching and mentoring others.\\nAbility to present information clearly and succinctly at varying levels of the organisation, with emphasis on simplifying complex business and technical concepts.\\nScrum Master or Product Owner certification.\\nSome Portfolio management for incoming project ideas.\\nDesirable\\n\\nCertification/experience in DevOps tools, processes, and methodology.\\nUnderstanding of the Water Industry, the culture and regulatory accountabilities.\\nExpertise in the practice of Business Analysis.\\nManagement/Leadership qualification.\\nWhat’s in it for you?\\n\\nCompetitive salary from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.\\nAnnual Leave – 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service.
