What will I do?
You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel. You’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments, and perform general administrative duties. Ensure all guest inquiries and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
