The ideal candidate will be an Agile practitioner, ready to guide and support the team through its daily activities and ceremonies. As an IDAM Governance Scrum Master, you will:
- Coach the team to be self-organizing and cross-functional, adopting Agile practices that enable efficient delivery of high-value products.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
- Support the team in navigating Agile processes, including task identification, effort estimation, progress tracking, demos, and continuous improvement.
- Help manage impediments by addressing conflicting interests, negotiating inputs among stakeholders, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks—particularly those related to dependencies and testing environments.
- Collect and analyze key team metrics (., velocity, predictability, Agile maturity) to support performance insights and improvements.
- Promote transparency and share progress through appropriate communication channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to continuously enhance quality and productivity.
- Ensure that all deliverables comply with established guidelines and standards.
Required skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills. You demonstrate a good drive and the ability to “make things happen”, to challenge and overcome resistance.
- Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyse problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
- A good team player, approachable.
- Client-focused and delivery-oriented, capable to remain positive in the face of challenge or under pressure.
- Able to learn quickly, to adjust to new information and to think outside the box.
- At ease in a fast-changing environment, flexible and able to reprioritize tasks.
- Language: Professional-level English proficiency is mandatory.

- Scrum Master certifications such as CSP and PSM.
