Are you passionate about rehabilitation and positive change? Do you have experience in group facilitation or working with challenging client groups? We are looking for a committed individual to join our Psychological Services team as an Offending Behaviour Programmes (OBP) Facilitator at our new male Category C, rehabilitation Prison, HMP Fosse Way situated in Leicester.

Please note: Programme Facilitators require mandatory training. You must pass all required training in order to carry out this role. If an individual is assessed as ‘Not Ready’ on attendance to a training event, management discretion will be used as to whether a second attempt can be made. If an individual is deemed ‘Not Ready’ on a second occasion, your suitability for the role will be formally reviewed and may result in contract termination.
