Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-3pm

Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Newtownabbey who are recruiting an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare documentation for uploading to our document control, project management, and/or field reporting systems
  • Process site attendance requests received internally, and from clients
  • Issue required checklists and documents internally or to client ensuring they are completed and returned in a timely manner
  • Process completed reports and documents received internally or from clients
  • Attend department meetings, record meeting minutes and distribute accordingly
  • General administrative duties
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by Management

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role within a service or maintenance company completing similar duties
  • Ability to work systematically in document management and control
  • Ability to manage priorities of multiple tasks to meet relevant deadlines
  • Flexibility to work with a varied portfolio of work
  • Computer literate and proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Good verbal communication skills in person, via video meetings, and over the phone
  • Proficient written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills both internally with colleagues and externally to clients
  • Agility in reporting to multiple managers with differing administration requirements

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with data entry, retrieval, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects (4P) CDE
  • Working knowledge of Field View
