We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to our CEO, with occasional support for other C-level leaders. You will manage the CEOs diary, communications, and priorities, serving as a vital liaison with internal and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

As they continue to scale, they are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide strategic and administrative support to our CEO and occasional support for other C Level executives.
This role is ideal for a resourceful and highly dependable PA who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. You will play a key role in enabling our CEO to operate efficiently by helping manage their diary (both work and personal), communications, and priorities, while also acting as a liaison between them and key internal and external stakeholders.
Some of what you\’ll do:
You will take a proactive role in managing the diaries of our CEO and COO, carefully scheduling meetings and prioritizing a complex array of daily activities and competing demands. You will coordinate critical events board meetings, investor calls, team offsites, and high-profile speaking engagements with meticulous attention to detail.
Your responsibility extends to managing travel logistics, both business and occasional personal, ensuring seamless arrangements. You will assist in managing inboxes and high-level correspondence, preparing meeting agendas, capturing minutes, and diligently following up on action points.
On occasion, you will manage errands and ad hoc tasks, supporting both the personal and professional commitments of our leadership.
Draft and manage emails, reports, and presentations for the CEO and COO. Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders with discretion and professionalism.
Support special projects (e.g., sustainability reporting, pitch decks, launches) and daily admin. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Assist with team events and cultural initiatives; be a go-to for day-to-day operational needs that keep the team connected and running smoothly.

- Demonstrated experience supporting C-level executives within dynamic, fast-paced environments such as start ups.
- Exceptional organisational prowess and mastery of time management, enabling seamless navigation of complex, competing priorities.
- Adept communicator, both written and verbal, with the clarity and precision to convey information effectively.
- Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
- Technologically fluent, comfortable leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Maintains composure under pressure, exercising independent judgement to adapt to shifting demands.
