SPECIALIST SEN TA NEEDED: Supporting Year 3 Child with Autism

Location: Camden
Salary: £100+ per day (competitive based on experience)
Contract: Fixed-term (September 2025 – July 2026)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (7.5 paid hours, 1-hour unpaid break)

We\’re seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with Autism. This pre-verbal student requires specialised assistance including intimate care support throughout the school day.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have significant experience supporting children with Autism/SEND
• Demonstrate confidence in providing intimate care with dignity and respect
• Possess excellent non-verbal communication strategies
• Show patience, empathy and unwavering dedication
• Bring creativity to developing personalised learning approaches
• Have a calm, consistent approach to supporting behavioural needs
