Main Responsibilities

• Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently
• Providing support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies.
• Researching discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
• Reconciling and filing required reports for relevant government agencies
• Reviewing payrolls at the end of each month and seeking assistance to make improvements where necessary
• Being involved in process improvement

Experience Needed For This Role

• Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
