We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and lead our client’s SMB Sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 10-12 sales professionals, including 1 Team Leader.
  • Cultivate a customer-first attitude within the team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with approximately 5 key customers, focusing on retention and growth.
  • Engage in around 20% external communication, handling escalations and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Drive sales strategy implementation and achieve targets through effective team management.
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the SMB sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a servant leader mentality.
  • Passion for nurturing early careers and fostering team growth.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ideally, a background in IT sales, but open to candidates who meet other criteria.
