Responsibilities

In this role you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients face to face or over the phone.

Skills and experience

  • Estate Agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Full UK driving licence
