We are looking for an experienced ESOL Lecturer at Ardleigh Green Campus and various other campuses. The college\’s large and successful ESOL provision includes courses for adults and 16-18s at all levels across all campuses.
We require an innovative, flexible, and enthusiastic ESOL specialist teacher to join our team and teach across a range of levels and ages. A Level 5 specialist qualification and successful experience of teaching ESOL are essential.
The successful candidate must be available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
- To teach and assess learning on a range of courses, from Pre-entry level to Level 2, including college-based qualifications.
- To work effectively as a member of the team, liaising with the Senior Curriculum Manager and colleagues.
- To take an active role in your professional development related to all aspects of the role.
