We’re hiring a Head of Operations to lead our global ops strategy and execution across multiple countries and functions. You’ll be part of the SLT, responsible for performance, process, and people, driving impact at scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads from the front, and knows how to turn strategy into action. What you’ll be doing: Own end-to-end ops across guest experience, maintenance, supply chain, and platform performance Build and lead a global team of 70+ with 3 senior direct reports Drive operational excellence through data, systems, and scalable processes Boost NPS and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement Manage multi-currency budgets and improve cost-to-serve Work cross-functionally to align ops with company strategy Requirements ~10+ years in ops, ideally in marketplace, hospitality, or tech-led environments ~ Proven experience scaling global teams and functions ~ Obsessed with performance metrics and process optimisation ~ Commercially minded, financially savvy, and customer-focused ~ SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills a plus ~25 days holiday ~ Hybrid working (3 days in our London office, 2 days WFH) ~ An extra day off for your birthday – because who wants to work on their birthday? ~ Employee discounts – at heaps of restaurants, shops, gym memberships, cinema tickets and more ~ Pawternity – We encourage proud parents of new pets to work from home to help their new member settle in ~ Pension – We provide a pension scheme for all permanent employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
