Role
We are currently looking for a Casual Spa Attendant to join our team of associates in the Sense Spa at Rosewood London. Our Casual Spa Attendants are responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by carrying out cleaning, tidying, and maintaining hygiene throughout the Spa.
Key expectations of this role are
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Rosewood standards.
- Collecting and distributing laundry, guest supplies, and amenities.
- Being aware of and complying with Health and Safety regulations within the Spa, upholding these standards for both guests and associates.
- Supporting our Spa associates with the service of food and beverages.
