About the role

As a member of our Professional Services team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients\’ needs.

With a focus on excellence and a passion for innovation, you will contribute to Olive Jar Digital\’s mission of transforming the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead content design efforts to improve clarity, accessibility, and usability of the FBR codebase refresh project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and user needs, developing content strategies accordingly.
  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, including websites, applications, and documentation.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Work with designers, developers, and team members to integrate content into the user experience seamlessly.
  • Ensure content complies with standards, including accessibility and SEO best practices.
  • Iterate on content based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Advocate for plain language and user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and experience

  • Strategically shape and lead analysis within multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies.
  • Experience delivering digital products in the public sector, familiar with GDS standards.
  • Use business modeling techniques to clarify complex situations and solutions.
