We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner (Grade A Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a caseload of high-value claimant personal injury cases, each exceeding £1 million in value.

You will be joining a well-established UK law firm renowned for its expertise in serious and catastrophic injury claims. The firm combines legal excellence with compassionate client care to achieve outstanding results for their clients., * Manage a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims, including multi-track litigated cases.

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients who have sustained serious injuries.

  • Conduct thorough investigations to establish liability and build strong cases.

  • Negotiate settlements with insurers and third parties to secure optimal outcomes for clients.

  • Prepare and draft essential legal documents, including pleadings, statements, and schedules of loss.

  • Liaise with medical professionals to assess the severity and long-term impact of injuries.

  • Support clients through court proceedings, ensuring they understand and are well-prepared for the process.

  • Represent clients at court hearings as required.

  • Maintain compliance with all internal and external regulatory standards, including those set by the SRA.

  • Stay informed on legislative changes and emerging legal precedents within personal injury law.

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in personal injury law.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-value personal injury claims.

  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload of no more than 30 files.

  • Excellent client care skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations.

  • Proficiency in using case management systems.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
