Real Estate Litigation Legal PA

Our international law firm client is hiring a Real Estate Litigation Legal PA on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, to support two Partners, Counsel, and other fee earners in their London office.

  • Salary to £48,000
  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners
  • Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events
  • Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners
  • Prepare, amend, and proofread documents
  • Proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls / meetings)
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systems
  • Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills
  • Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners

  • Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
