This role is pivotal in helping shape the future of Future of Controls and Fraud Tooling across the Product. They will establish a robust foundation and drive the adoption of the next generation of fraud tooling within the issuing product and setting the long term strategic direction of the Issuing Products Fraud and Control Suite as we support new use cases. Daily tasks include understanding stakeholders’ pain points, driving prioritization for product development, and developing new capabilities for our customers. Lead the strategic development of Issuing’s suite of card controls and fraud tooling, enabling clients to tailor their card programs to their needs Drive the integration and commercialization of our next-generation fraud product into the Issuing stack. Act as the domain expert for Card Controls and Fraud, shaping the product roadmap and strategy to deliver a best-in-class merchant experience. Build strong relationships across your network, particularly with engineering. Data-driven: Skilled at leveraging data and business insights to determine strategic priorities and drive the product roadmap and execution. ~ Think from the customer\’s perspective and can balance future opportunities with immediate needs. ~ Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, commercial, and business teams proactively, demonstrating high EQ and influencing skills. ~ Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
