Join our team at the new Costa Service Area at Stop 24, Junction 11 near Hythe, opening January 2025.

Our Site Director, Ivor, and his team at this new location on the M20 are seeking an energetic and adaptable Team Member to become part of the prestigious Costa brand. You will be involved in creating and serving our delicious Costa drinks, pastries, and freshly prepared food. If you enjoy Costa Coffee, you\’ll love being part of our team.

We offer flexible working patterns on a Full or Part Time basis, with a variety of shifts available. Pay rates will vary depending on your age.

Ideal candidates may have experience in a similar or customer-facing role, but this is not essential. We value a passion for customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.

No experience? No worries! Full training will be provided to help you succeed as a Barista and support your personal and professional growth.
