To conduct appropriate product development activities to allow a robust process within the product knowledge space to be developed.
To create process design specifications and conduct appropriate studies to establish and demonstrate that the process meets its pre-determined processing specification.
To provide technical support during the validation of products to achieve right first-time introduction.
To provide technical expertise and be proactive in resolving process problems and continuously improve the process.
To design and execute experimental protocols to maximise process understanding.
Ensure new/existing equipment is capable, robust and safe, meeting the requirements of regulatory bodies.
A degree level or higher in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, engineering or physical sciences desirable
Proven experience in product development and/or technology transfer and manufacturing environment
Experience in manufacturing, product development and/or pharmaceutical or life science industry
Experience with design of experiments and statistical analysis an advantage
Excellent organization and communication skills with customers, quality and cross functional teams
Strong ability to write clear, concise reports and memos to a high technical standard and make effective presentations at all organisational levels
Ability to resolve technical problems
