Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Swim England Level 2 Swimming Instructor who loves helping others learn and grow in the water? If you\’re committed to delivering high-quality lessons and want to be part of something exciting from the very beginning, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re Launching a Brand-new Swim School At The University Of Brighton And Are Looking For Friendly, Enthusiastic Instructors To Join Us On a Casual Contract. Our Lessons Follow The Swim England Framework (Stages 1–7) And Run During Term Time At The Following Times
Mondays & Fridays: 15:45–18:15
What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching structured lessons based on the Swim England stages and our university programme
- Using a tablet to track progress and assess swimmers
- Helping swimmers move up when they’re ready
- Setting up and packing away equipment and ensuring it is safe
- Keeping the poolside clean and tidy
- Working closely with our Swim School Coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Providing general supervision (a lifeguard will also be on duty)
