Kingspan Insulation is on the lookout for dedicated and driven Production Operatives to join our team at our Pembridge site in Herefordshire on a full time permanent basis.
Salary is £32,452 per annum inclusiveof 26% shift allowance.
As a multiskilled Production Operative, you will be trained across multiple pieces of equipment, helping us maintain an agile and skilled workforce. You willplay a key role in ensuring production operations are conducted in the safest, most efficient way, whilst remaining focused on quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery within manufacturing environment ensuring production targets are met in terms of quality and cost
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures and reporting any safety concerns
- Carrying out checks on machinery and product quality to ensure compliance
- Apply problem solving skills to resolve downtime losses and waste
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Develop multiskilling capability through ongoing training
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role isdesirable (but not essential).

3-week rotation:
- Week 1: 05:45 – 14:00 (Mon–Thurs), 05:45 – 13:00 (Fri)
- Week 2: 22:45 – 06:00 (Sun), 21:45 – 06:00 (Mon–Thurs)
- Week 3: 13:45 – 22:00 (Mon–Thurs), 12:45 – 20:00 (Fri)
2-week rotation:
- Week 1: 05:45 – 14:00 (Mon–Thurs), 05:45 – 13:00 (Fri)
- Week 2: 13:45 – 22:00 (Mon–Thurs), 12:45 – 20:00 (Fri)
