If the answer is yes, then this job is for you! I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Cardiff-based client who are looking to expand their design team. This exciting business manufacture a niche product and play a vital role in the building services industry. As a BIM Engineer, you will implement and oversee design processes from conception through to completion, helping to develop key strategies in relation to BIM models, liaising closely with Project Managers. Role & Responsibilities: Overseeing design projects from conception to completion, working on multiple projects simultaneously in accordance with communication from Project Managers. Review technical documents to ensure design proposals and schematics are aligned with client requirements. Maintain a keen eye for detail in compliance with legislation changes to ensure design projects meet industry standards. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience working in a design position within a building services setting. Previous experience in a BIM Engineer/Coordinator position. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to balance workload accordingly.
