Project Worker – Moylena Court & Cedar Court Supported Living

Support People to Live Well, Together – Join Moylena & Cedar Court
At Moylena Court and Cedar Court, we provide 24-hour supported living for adults with enduring mental health conditions. Our service is made up of shared living at Moylena Court, where residents enjoy a strong sense of community, and more independent bungalows at Cedar Court, where support is provided flexibly based on individual needs.
This is a role for someone who brings kindness, initiative and a team spirit, and who wants to support people to live independently, with dignity and confidence.
What Makes Moylena & Cedar Special?
Across the two services, we support 22 adults aged 22 to 65, offering everything from practical support with daily living to emotional support, advocacy, and social connection. The people we support are warm, funny and full of character, and the team atmosphere is often described as feeling like a family.
Here, you'll help people with:
? Motivation and daily routines – including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
? Attending appointments and liaising with health professionals
? Social activities and group involvement – from art and film groups to coffee and cake outings
? Weekend communal meals, key work sessions, and review meetings
Staff are encouraged to bring their own interests into the service too – whether it's music, walking, games, or crafts.
What Does the Role Involve?
As a Project Worker, you will:
Provide medication support, emotional encouragement and advocacy
Support daily tasks and routines, both in shared living and more independent spaces
Work shifts that include early (07:45-15:15), late (14:45-22:15), and one long day per week (07:45-22:15)
Join the weekend rota on alternate weekends
Be a reliable, consistent presence for the people we support
You'll also link in closely with the community mental health team, doctors and other professionals.
