Overview

Join Our Team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Connells in Hereford. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings and develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our residential Lettings team.

Your Role

  • As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, and progress lets through to exchange and completion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with exceptional customer care/service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a Full UK driving license.
