About the Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, therapeutic care to young people within the company\’s integrated residential services. You’ll act as a shift leader, role model, and guide for your team, helping to create a nurturing and stable environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic, child-centred care in line with each young person’s Quality of Life Plan.
- Support the physical and emotional wellbeing of the young people in your care.
- Provide clear direction and challenge poor practice when necessary.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of residents, remaining alert to any signs of distress, neglect, or abuse.
- Promote and uphold the values, culture, and behavioural expectations of the company.
- Contribute to maintaining a homely, supportive atmosphere that reflects the wishes and needs of the young people.
